Description
Wine in one hand. Paintbrush in the other. Absolutely no guarantee which one gets dipped into the paint.
Join us for an intimate Sip & Paint evening at The Dancing Donkey at the Society for Animals in Distress, guided by the wonderfully talented artist Trudie Oosthuizen.
And we’re not painting canvases…
We’re painting tote bags! 👜🎨
Trudie will guide you step-by-step as you create your own hand-painted tote to take home — so whether you’re secretly Picasso or your artistic career peaked with finger painting, you’re very welcome.

📍 The Dancing Donkey at SAID
🎟️ R500 per person
Your evening includes dinner, wine, your tote bag and all painting materials — plus Trudie’s expert guidance and what we suspect will be a considerable amount of laughter.
And because we want this to feel relaxed, personal and properly special, there are only 14 places available.
Come with your bestie, your mom, your sister or fly solo. You’ll eat, drink, paint, laugh and leave with something you actually made yourself.
Even better? Your night out supports the work of the Society for Animals in Distress. 🐾
So yes, technically drinking wine while painting a handbag counts as supporting animal welfare.
We don’t make the rules. 🍷
R500 pp | Only 14 seats available
Booking essential.
