PRINCIPAL VETERINARIAN
We are looking for a leader who can implement and maintain systems to ensure consistent delivery of primary animal healthcare at a high level.
Basic requirements:
• Degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc or equivalent).
• Registered with South African Veterinary Council.
• At least 5 years relevant experience.
• Welfare experience
Skills required:
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Computer Literacy, with VetMaster or similar knowledge
an advantage.
• Efficient and accurate administrative and financial skills.
Responsibilities
• Principal Vet signatory with SAVC.
• Overall clinical responsibilities, including training.
• Consulting as well as all relevant surgery.
• Clinical management of a healthcare team.
Work in a high paced environment in a state of the art hospital with a passionate team.
